The tour supports Sheeran’s recently released album, Play. The shows will feature an all-new set design with songs from the new record alongside fan favorites. His previous global outing, the Mathematics tour, broke attendance records worldwide before it concluded earlier this year. The LOOP Tour will first visit New Zealand and Australia in January 2026 before arriving in North America.

An artist presale for the new dates begins Tuesday, September 23, at 9 a.m. local time. Fans can register for early access at EdSheeran.com. An American Express presale will follow at 12 p.m. local time on the same day. The general on-sale for tickets is scheduled for Friday, September 26.

Sheeran’s eighth studio album, Play, marks a new chapter following his Mathematics series of albums. According to its press release, the album finds Sheeran exploring new musical ground, inspired in part by Indian and Persian musical cultures and their connections to the Irish folk tradition he grew up with.
