This page lists the official channels for reaching PopFiltr. Choose the route that best matches your request and include enough detail for the receiving team to evaluate it.

PopFiltr does not charge for editorial feedback, correction requests, or complaints. Sending a pitch, release, product, or access offer does not guarantee coverage or influence an editorial decision.

Editorial Feedback and Complaints

For questions or concerns about reporting, sourcing, fairness, attribution, conflicts, labeling, reviews, translations, or other editorial conduct, email hello@popfiltr.com. Put Editorial feedback or Editorial complaint in the subject line and identify the page or item at issue.

Actionable complaints are assessed against our Editorial Policy. Where practical, a complaint challenging an editorial decision is reviewed by someone other than the person whose work is challenged. Disagreement with a review or opinion is not, by itself, evidence of an ethical or factual failure.

Corrections and Accuracy

To report a factual error, mistranslation, misleading caption, attribution problem, or material omission, email hello@popfiltr.com with Correction request in the subject line. Include the exact URL, the disputed passage or media, and evidence supporting the requested change.

Our Corrections & Clarifications Policy explains how requests are verified, how changes are displayed, and how corrections are propagated to localized or cached copies.

News Tips, Pitches, and Coverage

Send news tips, interview opportunities, artist or project pitches, and relevant background material to hello@popfiltr.com. Include a concise summary, why the item matters now, the relevant dates, source links, available assets, and a direct contact.

Embargoes must be stated clearly before the protected information appears. PopFiltr is not bound by an embargo it did not affirmatively accept. We do not promise coverage, placement, timing, tone, links, or editorial approval in exchange for access, products, travel, advertising, or a commercial relationship.

Ordinary email is not a secure channel for highly sensitive source material. Do not send passwords, private keys, financial account details, government identification numbers, or information whose exposure could create immediate danger.

Press and Partnerships

For media requests about PopFiltr, interview coordination, brand collaborations, institutional partnerships, and publication-level inquiries, contact media@popfiltr.com. Include the organization, intended use, deadline, and the person authorized to follow up.

Partnership discussions are handled separately from newsroom judgment. A partnership does not entitle any party to favorable coverage or control over independent editorial work.

Advertising and Sponsored Work

For advertising, sponsorship, campaign, and other paid-media inquiries, contact advertising@popfiltr.com. Commercial proposals should identify the advertiser, campaign objective, target dates, markets, assets, and requested format.

Paid or sponsor-influenced material must be clearly disclosed. Advertising does not purchase newsroom access, favorable reviews, suppression of accurate reporting, or undisclosed editorial treatment.

For a copyright, trademark, image-rights, or impersonation concern involving PopFiltr content, follow the Copyright, Rights & Takedown Policy. Identify the right asserted, the exact URL and material at issue, your relationship to the matter, the requested action, and documentation showing authority to make the request.

Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@popfiltr.com using the instructions on our Privacy Rights page. Site use and broader data practices are governed by the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Use.

Technical and Accessibility Issues

Report broken pages, playback or display problems, accessibility barriers, incorrect redirects, translation loops, or other site defects to hello@popfiltr.com. Include the URL, device and browser, approximate time, language or market edition, steps that reproduce the issue, and a screenshot when useful. Accessibility reports are handled under our Accessibility Statement.

Never send a password, authentication code, session cookie, private key, or other secret. Describe the issue without including credentials or personal data that is not needed for diagnosis.

What to Include

  • The exact public URL, headline, account, or feature involved
  • A concise description of the request and the outcome sought
  • The precise statement, image, translation, or behavior at issue
  • First-party records, source links, screenshots, or other supporting evidence
  • Your name, role, organization, relationship to the matter, and reply address
  • Any genuine safety, legal, publication, or event deadline that affects priority

Complete submissions can be evaluated more quickly. PopFiltr may request additional information or proof of authority before acting on a rights, privacy, identity, or correction request.

Response and Escalation

Requests are triaged by subject, urgency, evidence, and potential harm. Response time varies when a matter requires source review, third-party comment, technical investigation, translation review, or legal assessment, so this page does not promise a fixed response time.

If a material editorial concern has not been resolved after an initial response, reply in the same thread with Escalation requested and explain what evidence or policy point remains unaddressed. Repeated messages without new information do not change the evidence standard or editorial outcome.

Official Channels and Policies

Messages concerning PopFiltr should come through an address ending in @popfiltr.com or an account listed on our masthead. Treat payment requests, credential requests, or editorial promises from lookalike domains and unlisted accounts as unverified.

For the standards governing our work, see the Editorial Policy, Corrections & Clarifications Policy, and Masthead.
