Luke Combs' hit single "Beautiful Crazy" has been certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The certification, dated October 6, 2025, recognizes 15,000,000 certified units in the United States. The country track was released by Columbia Nashville and River House Artists on May 4, 2018.

Previously certified: 15x Platinum (October 6, 2025).

Written by Combs with Wyatt Durrette and Robert Williford, "Beautiful Crazy" had an unconventional path to becoming a country staple. Before its official release as a single, Combs shared acoustic performances of the song on Facebook, where one video gained over 3 million views and helped the track build significant viral momentum. The studio version was first released as a bonus track on the deluxe edition of his debut album, titled This One's for You Too. The song's popularity through downloads and streaming was so strong that it debuted at number 6 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart on May 19, 2018, months before it was sent to radio on December 3, 2018. It eventually reached number one on the Country Airplay chart in March 2019, where it remained for seven consecutive weeks. The success of "Beautiful Crazy" contributed to Combs becoming the first artist to simultaneously hold the top spot on all five of Billboard's main country charts.

The album reached number four on the Billboard 200, and its follow-up, What You See Is What You Get (2019), topped the charts in multiple territories. Combs has received numerous accolades throughout his career, including six Country Music Association Awards, four Academy of Country Music Awards, and two iHeart Radio music awards. He was honored with the CMA's highest award, Entertainer of the Year, in both 2021 and 2022.
