Bryson Tiller's breakout 2015 single, "Don't," has officially been certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The certification was awarded on October 2, 2025, recognizing an equivalent of 15,000,000 units sold in the United States. The achievement marks a significant milestone for the RCA Records artist and the song that launched his career.
Released on May 20, 2015, "Don't" was the debut single from the Louisville, Kentucky native. The track first gained viral momentum on SoundCloud, where it quickly surpassed 100 million plays in under a year and caught the attention of the music industry. Produced by Epikh Pro, the moody R&B and trap blend interpolates Mariah Carey's "Shake It Off" and lyrically details the story of a man wishing to be with a woman in a neglectful relationship. The song's popularity led to Tiller's signing with RCA Records and its official release as the lead single for his debut album, T R A P S O U L. "Don't" ultimately peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming Tiller's first top 20 hit.

Bryson Vernard Tiller began releasing music in 2011, but it was "Don't" that brought him mainstream recognition and helped popularize the "trap soul" subgenre. The single's success propelled his debut album T R A P S O U L (2015) to a No. 8 debut on the Billboard 200 and an eventual triple-platinum certification. Tiller's career has since included the Grammy-nominated single "Exchange," a No. 1 album with 2017's True to Self, and a feature on DJ Khaled's multi-platinum hit "Wild Thoughts" alongside Rihanna. He has released two more top-ten albums, Anniversary (2020) and his self-titled fourth album in 2024.
