Bryson Tiller's single "Ciao!" has been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), marking its first official certification. The award, dated October 2, 2025, recognizes 500,000 certified units sold in the United States. Released on April 5, 2024, the track is featured on Tiller's self-titled fourth studio album, Bryson Tiller, released via TrapSoul and RCA Records.

"Ciao!" explores themes of feeling financially exploited within a relationship and the struggle to balance love with monetary responsibility. The song's dismissive hook, repeating the Italian salutation "ciao," signifies a departure from the difficult situation. The track appears on Bryson Tiller, the artist's first full-length project in over three years, following 2020's Anniversary. The album, which peaked at number 12 on the Billboard 200, also includes the Billboard Hot 100 top-20 single "Whatever She Wants" and features guest appearances from Victoria Monét and Clara La San.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Bryson Tiller first gained mainstream recognition with his 2015 breakout single "Don't." The song peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and has since been certified septuple-platinum by the RIAA. Its success led to his debut album, Trapsoul (2015), which reached the top ten of the Billboard 200 and helped popularize the trap soul subgenre. His subsequent albums have continued to perform well, with True to Self (2017) debuting at number one and Anniversary (2020) peaking at number five. Tiller has also received numerous accolades, including two BET Awards.
