The award, dated October 2, 2025, recognizes 500,000 certified units sold in the United States. Released on April 5, 2024, the track is featured on Tiller's self-titled fourth studio album, Bryson Tiller, released via TrapSoul and RCA Records.
"Ciao!" explores themes of feeling financially exploited within a relationship and the struggle to balance love with monetary responsibility. The song's dismissive hook, repeating the Italian salutation "ciao," signifies a departure from the difficult situation. The track appears on Bryson Tiller, the artist's first full-length project in over three years, following 2020's Anniversary.
