Three Days Grace Earns RIAA 4x Platinum for "Riot"

The Canadian rock group Three Days Grace has earned a new certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for their single "Riot." On Nobyembre 18, 2025, the track was certified 4x Platinum, denoting 4,000,000 units in the United States. The single was released by RCA Records on Nobyembre 6, 2007.

"Riot" served as the fourth and final single from the band's second studio album, One-X, which was released in 2006. The song was written by the band's frontman at the time, Adam Gontier, while he was in rehabilitation for a prescription drug addiction, and its lyrics address themes of protesting against negativity. Following its release, "Riot" peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart and No. 21 on the Alternative Songs chart. The single was first certified Platinum in the U.S. on Pebrero 12, 2018.
