"You Look Like You Love Me" was first issued as a promotional single for Hungover before its official release to country radio on August 5, 2024. Produced by Will Bundy, the song narrates a flirty bar encounter from two different perspectives, with Langley initiating the connection and Green responding. The duet became Langley's first entry on the Billboard Hot 100, debuting at number 53, and marked her first number-one single on the Country Airplay chart, which was Green's second. The collaboration's success was further recognized when it won Musical Event of the Year at the 58th Annual Country Music Association Awards.
