The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has officially certified All Time Low's 2007 album, So Wrong, It's Right, as Platinum. The certification, dated November 18, 2025, recognizes 1,000,000 units in sales and streaming equivalents in the United States. The album was released on September 25, 2007, through Hopeless Records.

So Wrong, It's Right was the band's sophomore album and their first full-length release with Hopeless Records, serving as a significant breakthrough that solidified their place in the pop-punk scene. The record helped establish the group as a mainstay on the Vans Warped Tour and was pivotal in their being named Band of the Year by Alternative Press in 2008. The album includes several of the band's most enduring tracks, most notably the signature hit "Dear Maria, Count Me In."

Formed in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland, in 2003, All Time Low began as a high school cover band heavily influenced by predecessors like blink-182 and New Found Glory. The lineup of Alex Gaskarth (vocals, guitar), Jack Barakat (guitar), Zack Merrick (bass), and Rian Dawson (drums) signed with Hopeless Records in 2006 while still in their teens. Following the success of So Wrong, It's Right, the band achieved mainstream success with subsequent albums, including Nothing Personal (2009) and the chart-peaking Future Hearts (2015), cementing their status as an enduring act in alternative rock.
