"My song "Hasn't Stopped Raining Yet" was inspired by the tragic events that transpired in New Orleans on New Year's Eve. The lyrics are a metaphor for the continued violence and terrorist attacks on America. I have a family of friends that reside in the French Quarter and I make New Orleans my second home. So the events that occurred that evening drove me to write about it, and effected me deeply."
