His momentum continues to build, with recent support slots for Katy Steele, Steph Strings, Andrew Swift, The Audreys, and Gaudion, and three nominations at the 2025 WA Country Music Awards, including Male Artist of the Year.

'No Regrets' starts off with a bang: killer electric guitar riffs carry throughout the song, adding an amped-up grungy kick to the country styling that makes the influences of old school Australian Rock legends shine through. True to its name, this song is instrumentally unapologetic, packing punches with its drums and its kick-ass vocals.

Michael Ward is known for healing his past through his music, and 'No Regrets' heals the part of him that longs for a past he can change. This song digs into the past and builds up the courage to change a perspective on past trauma as he confronts his past head-on.

This release comes ahead of a tour that'll take him across the country. In his live performances, Michael Ward is joined by professional jazz musicians Ryan Daunt and Adam Springhetti, who bring the textured soundscapes he creates to the stage with showstopping impact.
