Bryson Tiller's track "Just Another Interlude" has received Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), as announced on October 2, 2025. The certification recognizes 500,000 certified units sold in the United States. The R&B/Hip-Hop single was released by RCA Records.
Originally released on August 15, 2015, "Just Another Interlude" was later included on the deluxe version of Tiller's seminal debut album, T R A P S O U L. The deluxe edition was released on September 25, 2020, to mark the fifth anniversary of the original record. Thematically, the song details a new relationship. It notably samples Drake's "Bria's Interlude," with both tracks using a sample from Missy Elliott's 1997 song "Friendly Skies."

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Bryson Tiller began his career in 2011 but broke into the mainstream with his 2015 single "Don't." The song peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and achieved septuple platinum status, leading to his record deal with RCA. "Don't" became the lead single for his highly influential debut album, T R A P S O U L (2015), which entered the top ten of the Billboard 200 and has since been certified 5x Platinum. The album also spawned the Grammy-nominated single "Exchange" and helped popularize the trap soul subgenre. Tiller's subsequent albums have continued his success, with True to Self (2017) debuting at No. 1 and Anniversary (2020) peaking at No. 5.
