Alabama-born country-rocker Frank Fletcher is back with his electrifying new single, "Under My Skin," out now via Asylum 1212 Records/Virgin Music Group. The track is the follow-up to "Trouble With You," which climbed to #14 on the SMR chart and marked a bold step into heavier, more modern rock territory for the artist.

Where "Trouble With You" dug into the tension and emotional weight of a destructive relationship, "Under My Skin" flips the script, capturing the rush of an all-consuming attraction.

"My first single was about the toxicity of destructive relationships. This song, 'Under My Skin,' is about the intoxicating pull — when you can't get enough of someone and you feel safe enough to let go of all your inhibitions and are willing to explore and push the boundaries of the status quo." — Frank Fletcher

The single was co-written and produced by Blair Daly, who set out with Fletcher to channel the arena rock sound that shaped them both.

"Frank and I often talk about how we miss the fun side of heavy rock music. When working on 'Under My Skin,' we wanted not only to capture the fun and energy of Frank's live show but also to bring back some of that fun arena rock that we grew up listening to." — Blair Daly, Producer/Co-Writer

"Under My Skin" continues the evolution of an artist who has never been afraid to grow louder without losing what made him honest in the first place. Raised on the dirt roads of southern Alabama, Fletcher built his foundation on songs that don't flinch from heartbreak, pride, or the uncomfortable truths that live in between. As his sound has expanded to include heavier guitars and bigger, rock-forward dynamics, that raw emotional core has remained the constant thread running through his music.

"This next chapter feels like growth, not a departure. It's still real. It's just louder." — Frank Fletcher

"Under My Skin" is available now on all digital platforms.

About

Raised on the dirt roads of Southern Alabama, Frank Fletcher is a country-rocker whose authenticity runs as deep as his roots. Heavy guitars, raw energy, and a sound that lives where country grit meets rock and roll swagger — now he's turning that dial up louder than ever. The road built him. He logged 284 shows in 2024 and 243 in 2025, sharing stages with Confederate Railroad, Tyler Farr, Daryl Worley, Saving Abel, Saliva, Colt Ford, Thompson Square, Sister Hazel, Jefferson Starship, Lita Ford, and Cadillac 3.

Over 200 nights a year, he proved he could command any room, any crowd, anywhere. An entertainer since age four, Fletcher writes from real life, songs that don't flinch from heartbreak, hard truth, or the tension that lives between the two. That honesty has always been his foundation. Now it's fueling something bigger. Signed to Asylum 1212 Records / Virgin Music Group, Fletcher is stepping fully into his rock identity, not leaving country behind, but using it as the bedrock for something heavier, sharper, and more electric.

His single "Trouble With You," co-written and produced by Blair Daly, climbed to #14 on the SMR chart and made the statement clear: this is an artist in full stride, not just evolving but arriving. Fletcher isn't slowing down. His new single, "Under My Skin," is out now. As he puts it: "This next chapter feels like growth, not a departure. It's still real. It's just louder."
