Glorilla Earns RIAA 2x Platinum for "Whatchu Kno Bout Me (Ft. Sexyy Red)"

Memphis rapper Glorilla's single "Whatchu Kno Bout Me (Ft. Sexyy Red)" has been certified 2x Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The certification, dated October 10, 2025, recognizes 2,000,000 certified units in the United States. Released on October 11, 2024, via Cmg / Interscope Records, the track is a standout from Glorilla's acclaimed debut album, GLORIOUS.

Born Gloria Hallelujah Woods, Glorilla first gained widespread attention in 2022 with her viral single "F.N.F. (Let's Go)." The song's success, which included a peak within the top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100 and a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Performance, led to her signing with fellow Memphis rapper Yo Gotti's Collective Music Group (CMG) in July of that year. She followed up with a remix of her song "Tomorrow" featuring Cardi B, which became her first top-ten hit and achieved double-platinum status. Her debut EP, Anyways, Life's Great, was released in November 2022 and entered the Billboard 200 at number 11. The song's parent album, GLORIOUS, marked a significant commercial achievement, amassing the highest opening week for a female rapper on the Billboard 200 with 69,000 units. In 2024, Glorilla also became the first female rapper to have multiple projects-her mixtape Ehhthang Ehhthang and GLORIOUS -sell over 500,000 units within the same year. This success, which earned her cosigns from artists like Rihanna and Taylor Swift, led to Billboard naming her the "Hottest Female Rapper of 2024."
