A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie's single "Jungle" has been certified 5x Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The certification, dated December 2, 2025, recognizes 5 million units in sales and streaming equivalents in the United States. The R&B/Hip-Hop track was released by Highbridge The Label and Atlantic Records.

Released on February 14, 2016, "Jungle" served as a breakout track for the Bronx-born rapper. It appeared as the sixth song on his debut mixtape, Artist. The song offers a narrative about his upbringing in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx, a theme he conceptualized while observing his surroundings. "One day I was thinking like this is dead-ass the jungle," the artist explained. "There was mad shit going on when I was making the song." The track has resonated with listeners, accumulating approximately 1,431,533 pageviews on Genius.

Born Artist Dubose, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie emerged on the scene in 2016 with a style characterized by nonchalant flows and melodic hooks. After founding his own label, Highbridge the Label, he released Artist, which yielded the platinum-certified singles "My S**t" and "Jungle," paving the way for a partnership with Atlantic Records. This early success established him as a significant new voice in melodic rap and led to a string of commercially successful projects, including his top-ten debut album The Bigger Artist (2017) and the chart-topping follow-up, Hoodie SZN (2018).
