Brent Faiyaz's single "Jackie Brown" has been certified 2x Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), as of November 14, 2025. The certification recognizes 2,000,000 certified units in the United States. The R&B/Hip-Hop track was released independently through Faiyaz's Lost Kids label.
"Jackie Brown" was released on July 8, 2022, as a standout track from Faiyaz's highly successful sophomore album, WASTELAND. The album marked a commercial peak for the artist, debuting at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and topping the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The song is noted for its unique vocal production, in which Faiyaz uses both his authentic voice and a higher-pitched falsetto to create the sound of a conversation between two individuals.
