The track's expansive production, which was created entirely by Erin, is coupled with her hauntingly beautiful vocals and lyrics. ‘808 HYMN’ sound falls between art-pop and baroque-pop, incorporating everything from orchestra strings, drum machines, and synths. It is a track that signifies the lofty trajectory Erin LeCount has in store for her burgeoning career.

> “‘808 HYMN’ was written after a long walk home in the dark, glitter under eyes and a heartbeat in my chest that felt like an 808 kick drum with the feeling I was being followed. A tempo to run to, a reflection on the age you grow up and realise the moon doesn’t follow you home but something else may, and that if it comes down to it, it’s you, gritted teeth and car keys between fists," Erin LeCount.

In September 2025, Erin is set to play a series of sold out live dates across Europe. She recently started in Berlin and is now set to play Paris on Thursday September 11th, before ending with a sold-out show at London’s Village Underground on Friday September 12th.

​​Erin LeCount is a 22-year-old self-taught artist and producer. A visionary sonic architect and the sole writer and producer of her music, her sound ranges from luscious baroque-pop arrangements to alluring gothic-pop. At the foreground of her music are diaristic lyrics and captivating synths which offer an enchanting interplay of vulnerability and power. The themes within her music explore everything from identity to relationships and the meaning of life. Erin’s influences include Lorde, Fiona Apple, Kate Bush, Imogen Heap, Charli xcx, and Sampha.
